Eulalie Elliott RN (Principle Founder)

With over 40 years of experience in the healthcare profession. Over 28 years as a health care educator and CNA Champion. My passion is to change lives through education and teaching our upcoming healthcare providers. As an educator my goal is to be the change I wish to see in the world. With over four decades of dedicated service in the healthcare profession, I have had the privilege of walking alongside patients, families, and healthcare professionals through every stage of care. For the past 28+ years, I’ve also served as a passionate healthcare educator and proud CNA Champion, committed to shaping the next generation of compassionate caregivers.

My journey has been more than a career—it's been a calling. Every lesson I teach and every student I mentor is driven by a single, unwavering purpose: to change lives through education. I believe that knowledge has the power to transform not only individuals but entire communities. By teaching future healthcare providers, I am investing in a stronger, more empathetic, and more skilled workforce—one that can meet the needs of tomorrow with heart, integrity, and excellence.

As an educator, my mission is deeply personal. I strive every day to be the change I wish to see in this world—to inspire, uplift, and empower others through learning. Whether in the classroom, during clinical training, or through mentorship, I am honored to help shape the future of healthcare—one student, one lesson, one life at a time.

To all those stepping into this noble profession: know that your journey matters, your passion has a purpose, and your impact will be felt far beyond the bedside.

Make it

Every graduate here is a living chapter in the story of Kern Healthcare College—a story that began with one woman’s vision to change lives through education. What started as a classroom became a community, where hope was restored, skills were built, and futures were rewritten. This is more than a graduation—this is the heart of Kern Healthcare College in motion.
